OVERVIEW

The South Dade Government Center provides space for several public-oriented government services, including its courthouse. The Center employs 140 and provides daily services to over 2,100 customers. Titanstead Construction renovated approximately 10,300 SF of the 1st & 2nd floor of the existing Government Center, adding courtrooms, chambers and post judgment area, including holding cells.
