The scope of work for this project consisted of the renovation of the existing spaces, including the home team locker room, dugout suites, corridor east of locker room, adjoining public male and female restrooms. The new home team locker room was renovated to accommodate 41 lockers. The new space includes a lounge, break room, a larger restroom with individual showers and a new home plate suite section. Waterproofing was performed at the second and third levels of the stadium seating area. New impact windows were installed at the 3rd floor box offices and coaches offices. Scope also included HVAC, plumbing, electrical and glazing.
